Perancangan Aplikasi Rekam Medis Pada Puskesmas Muara Kumpeh Berbasis Web

Muara Kumpeh Health Center is a government-owned health institution that aims to provide health services in the sub-district area at a cost that is affordable for the community. At Muara Kumpeh Health Center, the process of recording medical records is still carried out by recording them in an agenda book. Other weaknesses of the manual system are the potential risk of data loss or damage, as well as slower accessibility. The purpose of this study is to analyze weaknesses in the patient medical record recording system at Muara Kumpeh Health Center and to design a web-based application to automate the registration, examination, and management of patient medical records. This study uses the waterfall development method, which is a linear and sequential system development approach. This study also adopts the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model approach. The results of this study are in the form of a web application designed to make it easier for admins to manage medical record data. This application has features that allow officers to register new patients, change registration data, and view a list of patients who have registered. In addition, this application also provides benefits for patients, namely facilitating the treatment process, allowing access to medical history, and providing complete and accurate medical documents.
