Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Panduan Penulis

Articles or manuscripts submitted for consideration must comply with the following requirements:

        1. Manuscripts should be written in English.
        2. Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published or under consideration for publication in any other media.
        3. The scope of manuscripts published in this journal includes articles on policies, research, conceptual thinking, concept/theory reviews, book reviews, and other information related to issues in the field of information technology.
        4. Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal website. Authors are required to log in before submitting their manuscripts. Submission guidelines can be found in the online submission menu. Online registration is free of charge.
        5. Manuscripts should be between 6 and 10 pages (A4 size, 210 × 297 mm), formatted according to the provided template, including figures and tables, and must not contain appendices. Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) with the following margins: top 3 cm, left 3 cm, right 2 cm, and bottom 1.5 cm.
        6. The title must be written in English. Keywords and abstract must be provided in English.
        7. he title must not exceed 14 words, using Times New Roman, size 15, single-spaced, centered, bold, with 12 pt spacing after. If the title is too long, the editor reserves the right to edit it without changing its meaning and without the author’s approval prior to publication.
        8. Article titles are recommended to be written in English in accordance with proper spelling and grammar conventions. Any English terms included within the title should be written in italics.
        9. Author names should be written in Times New Roman, size 10. If there is more than one author, the names should be separated by commas and numbered according to affiliation (1 for the first affiliation, 2 for the second affiliation, and so on).
        10. Include the institutional affiliation, address, postal code, and author email using Times New Roman, size 9.
        11. The article must begin with an abstract. The abstract must not contain any figures or tables, should be fully justified, written in Times New Roman, size 9, single-spaced. The abstract must be written in English only. The abstract must not exceed 250 words and should clearly reflect the essence of the entire article.
        12. Keywords consist of four to eight words, separated by commas, written in Times New Roman size 9, single-spaced, and fully justified. Keywords should be carefully selected to reflect the concepts contained in the article and to improve the article’s discoverability.
        13. The main body of the manuscript must follow these guidelines:
        14. It should be written in a single-column format, fully justified, in Times New Roman size 10, single-spaced. The margins are set as follows: top = 3 cm; bottom = 1.75 cm; left = 3 cm; right = 2 cm.
        15. The structure of the manuscript must include four main sections: (1) Introduction, (2) Research Methodology, (3) Results and Discussion, and (4) Conclusion. Acknowledgements may be included after the Conclusion. References must be placed at the end of the manuscript. The required section headings are Introduction and Conclusion. A maximum of three levels of headings is allowed:
        16. Heading 1: Heading level 1 must be written in small caps, left-aligned, and numbered using uppercase Roman numerals. Exceptions are “Acknowledgements” and “References,” which must not be numbered. For example, “I. INTRODUCTION”.
        17. Heading 2: Heading level 2 is left-aligned and numbered using uppercase letters. For example, “C. Section Heading”.
        18. Heading 3: Heading level 3 must be italicized, numbered with Arabic numerals followed by a closing parenthesis, and ended with a colon. The content of this section continues on the same line as the heading. For example, this section begins with a level 3 heading.
        19. Figures and tables must be centered. Large figures and tables may span both columns. Any figure or table exceeding one column width should be placed at the top or bottom of a page. Figures may be in color and must be numbered sequentially. Figure captions must use Times New Roman size 10. Single-line captions should be centered, while multi-line captions should be fully justified. Captions must be placed below the corresponding figure.
        20. Mathematical equations must be clearly written, numbered sequentially, and properly explained.
        21. Page numbers, headers, and footers must not be used. All hyperlinks and bookmarks will be removed. If the manuscript includes email addresses or URLs, they must be written in plain text.
        22. Citations and references must follow the IEEE style (see JAKAKOM template on the website).
        23. Citations must be numbered in the format [1], [2], [3], etc., using Mendeley.
        24. Wikipedia, personal blogs, and non-scientific websites are not allowed.
        25. At least 80% of references must be primary sources (journals, conference proceedings, etc.) published within the last 5 years, and 20% may be supporting references (books and others) published within the last 10 years. A minimum of 17 references is required.
