Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Leadership Terhadap Kinerja IKM Batik Jambi dengan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Sebagai Variabel Intervening

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari entrepreneurial leadership terhadap kinerja IKM Batik Jambi, dengan perilaku kerja inovatif sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 84 orang responden yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling dan tabel penentuan jumlah sampel Isaac dan Michael. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan format skala ordinal, dimana data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik partial least squares path modeling (PLS). Hasil pengujian pengaruh langsung membuktikan bahwa entrepreneurial leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sedangkan entrepreneurial leadership berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja IKM Batik Jambi. Kemudian perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja IKM Batik Jambi. Untuk efek mediasi dari variabel perilaku kerja inovatif, terbukti bahwa perilaku kerja inovatif dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung antara entrepreneurial leadership terhadap kinerja IKM Batik  Jambi.
