Abstract- SMA LPM Lambur Muara Sabak Timur Private High School is one of the educational institutions located in Tanjung Jabung Timur, precisely on Jln. Beiringin No. 03 Lambur village. The applied information systems are still not effective and efficient as they are not all controlled by computers. The processing of student data, teacher data, subject data, attendance, grades, and timetables still implement manual systems and use file data processing to disseminate information on bulletin boards. in document form. Today's data storage and processing applications are databaseless Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Therefore, in this research, the purpose is to provide solutions to the problems caused by providing the design of an academic information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. do the development. model language (UML) does) use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan flowchart diagram. The new system generates output that can manage data about academic data processing online.
