Perancangan Arsitektur Enterprise Fase Arsitektur Bisnis dengan TOGAF ADM (Studi Kasus: MSI UNAMA)

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM 9.0 untuk merancang arsitektur enterprise di Program Magister Sistem Informasi (MSI) Universitas Dinamika Bangsa Jambi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada fase-fase penting seperti fase preliminary, visi arsitektur, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi, dan arsitektur teknologi, dengan tujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Program studi MSI mengalami beberapa permasalahan dalam proses bisnisnya, termasuk kurangnya media promosi yang efektif, sistem e-learning yang belum optimal, serta proses penilaian dan manajemen akademik yang belum terdigitalisasi sepenuhnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web dan mobile yang dapat mendukung proses promosi, penerimaan mahasiswa baru, pengajaran, serta pengelolaan akademik dan administrasi. Rancangan arsitektur yang dihasilkan mencakup katalog portofolio aplikasi yang terintegrasi, yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan akademik di program studi ini.
