Sistem Informasi Layanan Perkara Pada Pengadilan Agama Kelas IA Jambi

The Class IA Jambi Religious Court is one of the judicial bodies in charge of deciding, adjudicating and
resolving cases at the first level between people of the Islamic faith in the fields of marriage, inheritance,
wills and grants whose case data is still conventional. The purpose of this research is to analyze the
running system for problem services at the Class IA Jambi Religious Court and to design a prototype
web-based problem service. So that there are problems, namely the process of requesting court
submissions to the case settlement process requires time and money, information about case services such
as trial agendas, trial results, and others can only be obtained by going to the office directly, and the
process of archiving trial data or preparing reports takes time quite a long time. Solutions to problems that
occur by analyzing and designing a web-based problem service information system using the storyboard
prototype development method and the unified model language system model using use case diagrams,
activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of system development can display plaintiff data,
service data, service data requests, trial schedule data, trial results data and produce reports that can be
printed according to their needs.

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are still used for managing the inventory of goods at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Jambi, but there are still a lot of issues with that management, such as mistakes being made when recording the inventory data of goods and available goods data frequently being incorrect with the stock in the warehouse as well as data files. The search for inventory data is time-consuming because the inventory of items is still kept on the laptop and backed up to a flash drive. The Ministry of Health, Jambi, too lacks an inventory webpage at Poltekkes. The goal of this study is to develop an online system for tracking commodities inventories. Object-based modeling is used to explain the analysis and design of a web-based products inventory information system at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Jambi, namely in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. A prototype design is the study's output. Suggestions for the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Jambi: In order to be used to help the process of inventorying goods at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Jambi, the design of a web-based goods inventory information system needs to be implemented and realized in the form of an application.

Penerapan Data Mining dalam Pengelompokan Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) Menggunakan Metode K-Means Pada Universitas Jambi

UKT is a single tuition fee borned by each undergraduate student at a state university in Indonesia, to be paid every semester. At Jambi University, 8 UKT groups apply to students based on the level of the student's economic condition. Determining the UKT group for new students manually is less effective because it really depends on the assessment of the assessor, the criteria for economic conditions are quite a lot, the potential for subjectivity, and the amount of data is quite large. This study grouped new students into 8 UKT groups by applying data mining using the k-Means method. The k-Means method performs clustering based on the similarity of data on student economic conditions. K-Means analysis was performed using Rapidminer and SPSS tools. The results show that there are 7 variables/attributes of economic condition parameters that can be used in k-means analysis, including: total parent/guardian income including additional income, parent/guardian employment, electricity bills, parent status, land and building tax bills, housing conditions, and the number of dependents who are still at school. The results show that between the interpretation of the k-means analysis and the real data, there was a similarity in determining the UKT group above 50% in both Rapidminer and SPSS. Thus it can be concluded that the k-Means method can be applied to support decision making in determining UKT groups for students.

Analysis and design of a construction project management information system is a system that can minimize errors in the process of making reports on construction projects. The current problem is that the process of recording construction project work still uses telephone media as a means of conveying project progress and then it is recorded back into Microsoft Office Excel where sometimes there are many errors in recording the progress of construction project work, resulting in errors in construction project progress reports. This study aims to analyze the current system requirements and design a construction project management information system with an object-oriented approach using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and prototype models as the methods in this study. This research produces a prototype that can provide solutions and an overview of the design of construction project management information systems such as project worker data designs, client data designs, project activity designs, project budget designs, project documentation designs, and required project reports as well as UML (Unified Modeling) designs. Language) as a tool that can facilitate the developer later in making the system.

In the current era of globalization, information technology or software is one of the important resources for
an institution or organization. Data processing in software as a strategic decision-making tool must be
supported by quality information systems and software. One of the information systems or software that
functions to assist management processes is the Human Resource Management Information System. The
quality of this system has a significant impact on the quality of the information generated. The data
collection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The
results of the data analysis show that the average value of Functionality is 3.97, Usability is 3.62, Reliability
is 4.11, Efficiency is 3.87, Maintainability is 3.63, and Portability is 3.79. In general, the software has

There are still users who do not know the convenience and benefits that exist in the application. This study aims to analyze user acceptance of the online seaman book publishing application (BPO), using the technology acceptance model (TAM) method. This study uses there modified variables, namely Perceived ease of use (PEOU) and Perceived usefulness (PU) as independent variables while Acceptance of it as the dependent variables. This sampling technique uses the Probability sample technique with a cluster sampling approach whit a total 118 responden. Users data analysis technique using Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) Applications. Thus if the value of the convenience and benefits factor increases, the user'a acceptance of the informatioan system will increases.

Polresta Jambi, located at Jl. Bhayangkara No.1, Talang Banjar, Jambi, is a part of the Jambi City Police Resort. Polresta Jambi has the primary responsibility to maintain security, enforce the law, as well as protect and serve the community across the entire area of Jambi City. Apart from these duties, Polresta Jambi is also involved in day-to-day administration, which includes recording incoming and outgoing correspondence, noting dates of receipt and dispatch, document numbers, subjects, and recipients. However, several obstacles such as manual workflow, incidents of data loss, and issues arising when the administrator is absent from the office have resulted in slower processing of correspondence. To address these issues, the author conducted an analysis and designed an administrative letter disposition system to facilitate Polresta Jambi in future administrative letter disposition processes. This includes: enhancing efficiency in managing letter dispositions, reducing the risk of human errors in administrative processes, expediting workflow and letter processing, and improving transparency in the disposition process. This research resulted in a solution for the existing issues at Polresta Jambi, in the form of a prototype design for an administrative letter disposition information system. This designed system features managing master user data, managing master job position data, managing access role master data, managing disposition data, managing archive data, letter tracking, administering administrative disposition reports, and disposition notifications.

Mobile Banking improvement is not really good, number of Internet users via cellular phones (mobile phones) is not proportional to the increase in users of digital banking services, especially mobile banking. The development of Mobile Banking, especially for Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers, shows that data is not balanced between User Registration and User Activation. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of mobile banking user adoption using integrated Task technology Fit (TTF)-Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). TTF-UTAUT Model uses eight variables, namely task characteristics, technology characteristics, task technology fit, performance expectancy, effort Expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and user adoption. This study began by distributing questionnaires through google form to 400 respondents Then the questionnaire data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), SmartPLS tools. Based on the analysis, the TTF-UTAUT model was able to explain the acceptance of mobile banking usage by 77.3%. Factors that have a significant influence on the acceptance of mobile banking usage Services include: task technology fit to user adoption; performance expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to performance expectancy; social influence to user adoption; facilitating condition to user adoption; task characteristics to effort expectancy and task technology fit to performance expectancy. To increase the acceptance of mabile banking services, socialization, innovation and simulation of services on the application are needed.

Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information system that utilizes geographic data to map, analyze, and manage information in a geographic context. PT. GEA Lestari, a coal mining company, still uses conventional processes in recording and mapping mining locations that are prone to data loss and errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based GIS using Quantum GIS (QGIS) for the coal mining location at PT. GEA Lestari. The goal of this study is to reduce data loss, improve mining location accuracy, provide better spatial analysis, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to the company's management. The Scrum method is used in software development, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used in system design. The resulting system is expected to be more effective and efficient in managing the company's geospatial data and improving decision-making. The GIS is implemented using web mapping technology with the Leaflet framework and PHP programming language.

Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Layanan Antrian Digital pada UPT Puskesmas Durian Luncuk

The queue service information system was researched and developed at the Unit Pelayanan Terpadu (UPT) of the Puskesmas Durian Luncuk with the aim of improving the efficiency and convenience of patient services. This research employed an approach that involved problem identification, literature review, observation, interviews, and the analysis of primary and secondary data documents. In the existing queue service system, it only functions as a patient queue management tool. Consequently, using this manual system presents numerous challenges in providing interactive information for patients, administrators, and management. Based on these findings, the researcher developed a Digital Queue Service Information System at the Puskesmas Durian Luncuk, employing a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) queue model and a single-server model (M/M/1). The system development methodology used the waterfall model, and it was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). In the development phase, the author utilized the Python language and MySQL Server. This research contributes to the enhancement of healthcare service management and strengthens the implementation of information technology in the healthcare sector.

Over time, the system of placement of internships in the Department of computer engineering and network (TKJ) vocational secondary school who runs the current gave rise to some of the problems faced by the Department as well as students. For the first system, the Department often difficulty in determining the location of internship students who place the grouping in accordance with knowledge and skills that students have. On the system of the two problems often found on the place of location of the internship the students find themselves because it does not fit with the majors TKJ. Therefore it is necessary a technique in determining the location of internship place groupings in accordance with scientific concentration and the ability of students to the party heading for easy placement of students in doing internships. Research undertaken aims to spot clusters academic competency-based apprenticeship that students have. The data used to make the Division of apprenticeship places cluster using data from 57 people grade 2 TKJ. To do this cluster will use the method of the K-Means algorithm. The cluster is formed into three clusters, namely: C0: Government Agencies; C1: Computer Store; and C2: provider network. Then the data will be in the analysis with the help of RapidMiner software to determine the result of the Division of apprenticeship places cluster. Obtained on the test results the overall data amounted to 57 the data on the cluster of Government Agencies: C0 found the data included as many as 29 students, in cluster C1: computer shop found the data included as many as 18 students, and in cluster C2: Member data Network Provider found a total of 10 students

Information technology is also inseparable from the management process, this is because almost every
management decision always requires information technology support including one in asset
management, in the field of management, an asset management information system is offered with the
aim of facilitating the management of the assets themselves so that they can be produce reliable, relevant,
timely, tested and understandable information data. Inventory is a list of all the facilities in all sections.
From the results of the analysis that the author did at SMA Negeri 12 Jambi City on the inventory
information system currently running, there are several problems that occur, such as frequent duplication
when collecting inventory data, difficulties in searching for item data because the data is not well
integrated. So that it is easy for data loss to occur and the length of time for making the desired inventory
report. This study aims to analyze and design an information system for inventorying goods at SMA
Negeri 12 Jambi City. The method used in this study is the waterfall method. The design of this
information system produces prototypes using the Unified Modeling Language programming language.
The designed information system can simplify the process of inputting inventory data for SMA Negeri 12
Kota Jambi.

Implementasi Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Tour Dan Travel

Chaansa Travel is a travel agency service from Muaro Jambi engaged in selling Tour and Travel tickets. They operate the tickets manually where they use a large agenda book also not ready to utilize a computer. Customers order tickets by telephone and have to visit the office to get the tickets that have been ordered. This can trigger ordering time constraints if many orders received from various customers, resulting they must wait in line while what if the office location is far from the customer's position. Therefore, a new computerized system is required where customers order tickets by looking directly at available routes from the application. The purpose of this research is designing an Android-based Tour and Travel booking information system application. Hopefully, this can facilitate travel bookings, such accessing applications with online using smartphone, thereby avoiding queues for visits and facilitate travel agency to collect booking data easier. The application development methodology the author uses is the waterfall method. The result of this study is application designed using Android Studio with Kotlin also MySQL as database storage and it can be implemented using black box testing where the functionality of input and output app features can work well.

The inventory information system used by the Indonesian Red Cross in Jambi City still uses a manual
system, namely by using Microsoft Office Excel so that the search for inventory data is slow. Therefore,
this final project is carried out to make the analysis and design of a web-based goods inventory system that
is easy to use, so that it can facilitate access to the desired information and can make it easier to manage
data or files. The research of this final project is to design and analyze a web-based Goods Inventory
Information System at the Indonesian Red Cross in Jambi City. For this reason, this research will analyze
and design the information system using the Balsamiq Mockups 3.5.15 application. So that in the end the
results of the analysis and design of this information system will be used by programmers to implement it.

The recording and reporting of personnel attendance at Polsek VII Koto are highly crucial in maintaining discipline among Civil Servants within the Indonesian National Police (Polri). Presently, attendance recording is still done manually in attendance books. The compilation of attendance is carried out using a Microsoft Excel application, which can lead to data errors, damages, and even the loss of attendance data. This also delays reporting to the Polres Financial Section for performance allowance disbursement. This attendance report significantly influences the allocation of performance benefits according to Regulation Number 7 of 2020 issued by the Chief of the Indonesian National Police. To address this issue, the author conducted an analysis and designed a personnel attendance information system. With the presence of this personnel attendance information system at Polsek VII Koto, it simplifies the manual attendance recording process, thereby increasing the validity of attendance data at Polsek VII Koto. Moreover, the personnel attendance information system allows the Chief of Police at VII Koto to monitor personnel attendance more effectively, especially since the Deputy Chief position is vacant. Hence, the Chief of Police needs to directly monitor personnel attendance at Polsek VII Koto. This research resulted in the design of a prototype personnel attendance information system utilizing face recognition verification, timestamps, and a mobile-based server, aiming to make the Chief of Police at VII Koto more efficient in monitoring personnel attendance through a mobile-based platform.
