This study uses a research method using SAW (Simple Addictive Weight). This research will produce a ranking of each alternative. The purpose of the study is to facilitate the search for data, especially for staffing and assessment data so as to reduce the occurrence of errors in data management and can provide fast and precise information according to their needs. The solution to the problems that occur by analyzing and designing an employee performance appraisal information system using prototype development methods and a unified model language system model using usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of system development can display job title data, echelon data, employee data, criteria data and assessment data and produce reports that can be printed according to their needs. Alumni fill in alumni data into the alumni summary book; this data collection occurs when alumni legalize the diploma. After filling in the data, the TU staff then transfers the data that was filled earlier to the computer using Microsoft Excel as a medium for archiving data on alumni activities after graduation, recapping the results of the data that is made into a report and the report is printed every year. However, only some of the alumni data is captured, which results in errors or mistakes in writing alumni data in the alumni book and does not facilitate the process of searching for alumni data on a large scale if at any time the school needs data from an alumni from several years ago. The recording and management of alumni data is slow and difficult to realize. As for the purpose of this study, namely to analyze and study system problems that are currently running at SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi and system design in this study using UML (Unified Modeling Language) model tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams, Furthermore, this study used the prototype system development method and used the Balsamiq Mockups 3 application tool as a design medium in producing a tracer study alumni information system user interface design at SMA N 10 Muaro Jambi. Gramedia Jambi is a retail store that provides various types of books, satationary, office supplies, sport equipment, magazines and tabloids. In the new employee recruitment system, Gramedia Jambi bookstore must pay attention to the existing criteria in the company so that a score is abtained that is objective, accurate and in accordance with the application’s abilities. Less effective time because recruitment is done manually and the difficulty of eliminating subjective factor from HRD. As for the design and implementation of a decision support system for the requitment of new employees by applying the Profile Matching method. The Profile Matching method os a decision-making process by entering ideal values and knowing the apllicant’s abilities because the calculation uses a weighting system. This design aims to assist HRD in recruiting quality employees and in accordance with company criteria. The criteria used are Experience, Knowledge, Appearance, Analyzing Products, Mastering Social Media, and Written Test. Basic human needs such as housing have become a growing business with the presence of housing developers. PT Niaga Guna Kencana is one of the housing developers offering a unique and modern concept with a harmonious balance between buildings and the environment. However, potential buyers face difficulties in choosing the right type of house due to a lack of information and specific criteria. Therefore, this research will analyze and design a prototype of a decision support system for house type selection using the <em>Analytical Hierarchy Process</em> (AHP) method at PT Niaga Guna Kencana Jambi, with a focus on criteria such as price, location, facilities, and house type. The aim of this research is to develop a decision support system that helps potential buyers determine the most suitable place to live based on specific criteria and their levels of importance. In carrying out the local taxation process starting from the data collection, registration, determination to local tax processes, human resources and technology are still needed to optimize local tax revenues. For now, the taxpayer's reporting process is still being reported manually. Because the submission of reports is still manual, taxpayers must come to the office of the Muaro Jambi Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency and fill out the form available to be calculated by the tax officer, the tax assessment must be announced. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a local tax service information system using an object-oriented model approach using UML (Unified Modeling Language) Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Databases. This study resulted in a solution to the problems that existed at BPPRD Muaro Jambi, namely in the form of a regional service information system design. The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency is a non-employee government agency that selects and determines a number of applicants who have qualified knowledge and skills and recruits new employees whose job is to provide information on meteorological, climatological and geophysica l activities. The system that can support the level of confidence in the location conditions according to the standards that must be achieved is using a decision support system for determining the location of BMKG observation tools, especially in Jambi Province. This system is designed using the mamdani fuzzy logic method where the AWS tool uses 6 (six) variables, namely location, location access, solar radiation potential, obstacles, communication networks, and security while the seismic tool uses 6 (six) variable, namely rock type, Tdom siteclass, location access, solar radiation potential, assessment results, and communication network. Mamdani fuzzy logic solves problems with intuitively approximated data with fuzzy logic controls. In supporting the implementation of this tutorial, UT created a web-based application called LMS (Learning Management System) application. This application is a companion for tutorial activities. When monitoring tutorials, there are still many students who say that they have not fully used this application. Until now, there has never been research and evaluation and analysis of the perception of acceptance of LMS applications, especially for Pendas program students. This research aims to analyze what factors influence the level of acceptance and use of E-Learning. This research model uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square method on Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by using SmartPLS software as the research model. The number of respondents was 290 students, consisting of students majoring in PGSD and PGPAUD at UPBJJ-UT Jambi. The results of this study showed six of the seven hypotheses showed positive and significant results and only one hypothesis was rejected or insignificant.
