The search for inventory data is time-consuming because the inventory of items is still kept on the laptop and backed up to a flash drive. The Ministry of Health, Jambi, too lacks an inventory webpage at Poltekkes. The goal of this study is to develop an online system for tracking commodities inventories. Object-based modeling is used to explain the analysis and design of a web-based products inventory information system at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Jambi, namely in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. At Jambi University, 8 UKT groups apply to students based on the level of the student's economic condition. Determining the UKT group for new students manually is less effective because it really depends on the assessment of the assessor, the criteria for economic conditions are quite a lot, the potential for subjectivity, and the amount of data is quite large. This study grouped new students into 8 UKT groups by applying data mining using the k-Means method. The k-Means method performs clustering based on the similarity of data on student economic conditions. K-Means analysis was performed using Rapidminer and SPSS tools. The results show that there are 7 variables/attributes of economic condition parameters that can be used in k-means analysis, including: total parent/guardian income including additional income, parent/guardian employment, electricity bills, parent status, land and building tax bills, housing conditions, and the number of dependents who are still at school. The results show that between the interpretation of the k-means analysis and the real data, there was a similarity in determining the UKT group above 50% in both Rapidminer and SPSS. Apart from these duties, Polresta Jambi is also involved in day-to-day administration, which includes recording incoming and outgoing correspondence, noting dates of receipt and dispatch, document numbers, subjects, and recipients. However, several obstacles such as manual workflow, incidents of data loss, and issues arising when the administrator is absent from the office have resulted in slower processing of correspondence. To address these issues, the author conducted an analysis and designed an administrative letter disposition system to facilitate Polresta Jambi in future administrative letter disposition processes. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of mobile banking user adoption using integrated Task technology Fit (TTF)-Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). TTF-UTAUT Model uses eight variables, namely task characteristics, technology characteristics, task technology fit, performance expectancy, effort Expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and user adoption. This study began by distributing questionnaires through google form to 400 respondents Then the questionnaire data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), SmartPLS tools. Based on the analysis, the TTF-UTAUT model was able to explain the acceptance of mobile banking usage by 77.3%. Factors that have a significant influence on the acceptance of mobile banking usage Services include: task technology fit to user adoption; performance expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to user adoption; effort expectancy to performance expectancy; social influence to user adoption; facilitating condition to user adoption; task characteristics to effort expectancy and task technology fit to performance expectancy. This research employed an approach that involved problem identification, literature review, observation, interviews, and the analysis of primary and secondary data documents. In the existing queue service system, it only functions as a patient queue management tool. Consequently, using this manual system presents numerous challenges in providing interactive information for patients, administrators, and management. Based on these findings, the researcher developed a Digital Queue Service Information System at the Puskesmas Durian Luncuk, employing a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) queue model and a single-server model (M/M/1). On the system of the two problems often found on the place of location of the internship the students find themselves because it does not fit with the majors TKJ. Therefore it is necessary a technique in determining the location of internship place groupings in accordance with scientific concentration and the ability of students to the party heading for easy placement of students in doing internships. Research undertaken aims to spot clusters academic competency-based apprenticeship that students have. The data used to make the Division of apprenticeship places cluster using data from 57 people grade 2 TKJ. To do this cluster will use the method of the K-Means algorithm. The cluster is formed into three clusters, namely: C0: Government Agencies; C1: Computer Store; and C2: provider network. Then the data will be in the analysis with the help of RapidMiner software to determine the result of the Division of apprenticeship places cluster. Customers order tickets by telephone and have to visit the office to get the tickets that have been ordered. This can trigger ordering time constraints if many orders received from various customers, resulting they must wait in line while what if the office location is far from the customer's position. Therefore, a new computerized system is required where customers order tickets by looking directly at available routes from the application. The purpose of this research is designing an Android-based Tour and Travel booking information system application. Hopefully, this can facilitate travel bookings, such accessing applications with online using smartphone, thereby avoiding queues for visits and facilitate travel agency to collect booking data easier. Presently, attendance recording is still done manually in attendance books. The compilation of attendance is carried out using a Microsoft Excel application, which can lead to data errors, damages, and even the loss of attendance data. This also delays reporting to the Polres Financial Section for performance allowance disbursement. This attendance report significantly influences the allocation of performance benefits according to Regulation Number 7 of 2020 issued by the Chief of the Indonesian National Police. To address this issue, the author conducted an analysis and designed a personnel attendance information system. With the presence of this personnel attendance information system at Polsek VII Koto, it simplifies the manual attendance recording process, thereby increasing the validity of attendance data at Polsek VII Koto. Moreover, the personnel attendance information system allows the Chief of Police at VII Koto to monitor personnel attendance more effectively, especially since the Deputy Chief position is vacant. Hence, the Chief of Police needs to directly monitor personnel attendance at Polsek VII Koto. This research resulted in the design of a prototype personnel attendance information system utilizing face recognition verification, timestamps, and a mobile-based server, aiming to make the Chief of Police at VII Koto more efficient in monitoring personnel attendance through a mobile-based platform.</p>2024-03-30T00:00:00+08:00Hak Cipta (c) 2024 Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi
